When Expatriates Abroad
When Expatriates Arrived in China
Application Materials to be provided by Transferee or HR Managers
- 1. Passport
- 2. Personal Resume
- English copies of Personal Resume (Transferee¡¯s signature on it)
- Chinese Translation need Shanghai Office chop
- 3. Temporary Residence Certificate
- 4. Shanghai Office Business License (Copy)
- 5. Shanghai Office Organization Code (Copy)
- 6. Shanghai Office Certificate of Approval (Copy)
- 7. Health Certificate
- 8. Marriage Certificate, if you are married (Copy)
- 9. Children¡¯s Birth Certificate, if you have any children (Copy)
- 10. Ten (2)-inch photos of employee and (5) five pictures of each family members
- 11. Assigned Employment Contract (Copy)
- (This contract is signed by both the employee and the local company and states that you could be assigned to the company in Shanghai and take the position there. The contract must also include your job title or position, the name of the company that is going to pay your salary, etc. A Chinese version of the letter is needed with your Shanghai Office chop on it. The Chinese translation will be done by China Relo. Shanghai.)
- 12. Qualification Certificate with company chop
- (This is a letter written in English that states you have more than two years working experience in the same position you have applied for in Shanghai. The English version of the letter needs to be chop by the employer and signed by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), to prove that you, the employee,have at least two years working experience. A Chinese version of this letter is needed and will be translated by China Relo. Shanghai. Your employer also needs to chop the Chinese version of this letter.)
