For those individuals who is considering to take a job in China, but haven't make their final decision yet, a preview trip for study the new city/country is quite necessary. By going though this helpful trip, the transferees will have their confidence to make their decision. Our Preview Trip Program is design for the needs. Preparations before arrival
Our CRS ( China Relo. Shanghai ) Consultants will contact the client by phone or email within 24 hours after authorize received.
The Relocation Questionnaire will be sending over to the transferees by email or fax. Once we received the completed Relocation Questionnaire, our consultants will go through all the detail information provide by the client carefully and work out the itinerary and home finding proposal then make all the necessary arrangements and preparations. This is to make sure that we can achieve the transferee 's requirements as quick & efficient as possible, and help to make sure that their visit to China is both informative and worthful . Everything will be tailor-made!!

Good communication with HR/Global Relocation Company China Relo. Shanghai staff will keep good communications with the local HR/Global Relocation Company to inform them of information related to housing budgets, market availability of properties, and sending the final version of itinerary and home search proposal for their approval. Ongoing coordination will help the HR /Global Relocation Company to understand what’s going on to the whole relocation procedure and find any existing problem or feedbacks from the transferees on the first hand. We will work closely with HR/Global Relocation Company and the client to ensure that all parameters and expectations are met.
The entire relocation period we will use the guideline give by HR/Global Relocation Company and make sure anything out of the track. We also have our regular reporting system to keep our communication with HR/Global relocation company is unobstructed.

Our Information Package All of our client will receive an Information Package when they first arrival which including all the important information about their life. It will include destination guides, top English magazines, shopping guides, food delivery books, maps, important telephone numbers, information on the international schools, medical facilities and mandarin studies etc.

Short-term Accommodation According to the needs of the client, CRS could book the suitable short-term accommodations for clients before their arrival.
Welcome/Departure Our relocation consultants will meet the clients at the airport, help them with the baggage and send them to the hotel. Same when they return home, pick them them from the hotel, driving them to the airport, assisting with handling their baggage, and ensuring that they make their flights.
Discuss itinerary for any changes
Our consultants will discuss the itinerary with our clients when they meet in the airport for any necessary changes, we are flexible for any further changes to suit the client’s timing and schedule.

City Tour According to the needs/interests listed on our relocation questionnaire by our client, we will arrange for a tailor-made tour of the city, items including:
- International Medical Clinic and Expatriate Hospitals
- famous expatriate areas
- local cultural activities
- major tourist spots
- sports/leisure facilities
- International Churches
- International clubs and association
- shopping areas
- consulates and embassies
- International schools
Depending on client needs, each aspect of the tour can be as extensive as required. Besides basic tours, we can also assist for registering children in schools, getting memberships in clubs, issue bank accounts, collecting activity schedule; accompany clients to shopping and registration in embassy.

Home Finding
Within the budget informed by HR/Global Relocation Company, we will help our clients to search the most suitable properties. We will arrange a pre-check trip to all the properties for taking pictures to email our client and make sure the property is in a clear ownership and good quality. When our clients arrived in China we will take them to see each of the property and help them to understand the location and surroundings. Once our client makes a decision on the property we will start our negotiations and arrange the lease signing.

ORIENTATION
Our Orientation program is for the expats/expats families just arrive in China and will start working and living for the next few coming years. By the service we provide we would like to help our clients easily and happily living and working in the new place, we will do our best to make their relocation trip as smooth as possible. All the service items we provide is similar as listed under Preview Trip program, but orientation will be more detail and useful and we also responsible for all kind of follow up jobs.

SETTLING-IN SERVICE
After our client arrival in China, CRS will provide ongoing assistance in all following areas:
Inventory Check-in
Our relocation consultants will do the inventory check-in for our clients on their moving day, check all the items as listed in the furniture list of the lease agreement and make sure everything is under workable condition, if there are any existing damages, we will take pictures and let landlord to confirm on those items, help to write down the utility numbers and figure out the number our client need to pay for the first month.
Tenancy management & 24 hours Emergency Number
After our client moved into their permanent property in Shanghai, we are responsible to all of the problems they are facing in their new home. We will coordinate with the landlord or the management office to help our client in all the maintenance/repair jobs in the house. We also would help the client on the monthly utility bills payment. For any emergency case, our client can ring our 24 hours emergency number looking for help at any time, any where.
Furniture Shopping
If our client chose an unfurnished apartment, we will accompany our client to do all the shopping, provide the most helpful information on the furniture shops, appliance shops, house decoration shops, kitchen utensil shops, bedding shops and help on the negotiations also arrange the suitable timing for delivery and installations.
Banking
Advise our clients on banking requirements by giving contact addresses or accompany client to set up bank accounts provide all the necessary helps.
Renting Vehicles/get driving license
Assist client to search for all the related information on suitable car, negotiating rental lease, explain local regulations, getting a driver’s license, hiring a driver, etc.
Maid Services
We help our clients to find a good reliable maid and do pre-interview for our clients.

IMMIGRATION SERVICES
Visa Assistance
Before our client coming to China, we will assist our client get the suitable visa for entering to China, as they may have different purpose to coming to China, so to get the most suitable traveling documents is very important. We also could send invitation letters or work certificate for our clients to get the working visa to China.
Yellow Page
We will take the clients to local police station within 24 hours they arrive in China for issue the temporary residence certificate/Yellow Page.
Medical Check-ups
Medical check-up report as one of the necessary documents for apply all the local permits, our clients can choose to complete it in their home country or in China. We will give the right instructions to make sure both ways works out smoothly.
Local Permits
Assist clients in getting work and residence permits, and import permit for household goods import to China.

DEPARTURE SERVICES
Inventory Check-Out & Deposit Return
Check all the furniture and appliance as listed in the furniture list of the lease agreement, make sure every items are in the good/workable condition, write a report of damages and confirm by the tenant and landlord, calculate the utility bills and make sure there are no outstanding expenses. Deduct all the cost which shall bear by the tenant and get the remaining deposit back from the landlord.
Close Bank Accounts
Assist client in closing bank accounts
Mail Forwarding
We will arrange to pick up and forward any mail arriving after the client has left.
Pre-departure Shopping
We will help our client to do the pre-departure shopping and help them to choose the right package for shipping.
